The youth is the future of any nation; they have the ability to progressively adapt technologically, culturally, and socially, and have the capability to receive and interpret information quickly. Young people are the driving force of the world, they are the most creative and innovative component of society, and these individuals are the sculptors and artists that create the shape and colors of the world to come. The youth is knowledgeable and quick to adapt to the world environment and are therefore a product of the great environment, both culturally and economically.

Impacted by cultural growth and a trend driven economy, each generation has a culture that will become the driving force. Positive influence on culture is needed to help develop a healthy social and cultural movement, and this culture growth needs support from all participants. We have an opportunity to contribute to the growth of youth culture while at the same time becoming a strategic partner for corporations to communicate with their consumers in their own language.

From subculture to industry, America is a country that grows through innovation. America has succeeded in converting culture and trends into an industry that generates growth. In particular America has created significant accomplishments in the Hip-hop industry. Today, Hip-hop is embedded in the American culture and has defined an entire generation. Hip-Hop music is a $40 billion industry worldwide.

Hip-Hop has the same potential for influence here in Indonesia. The impact from economic growth will create a better living standard and merit based on achievement. The development of contemporary and cultural art places strong demands on individual creativity for distinguishing the identity of a nation. The participation of an entire generation along with the involvement of government and corporations can change the mind landscape and living conditions of the individuals that make up a nation.
